This notice explains how information submitted through this website is used for moving requests and related office work.

Information you provide

We collect the name, contact details, pickup and destination information, preferred date, move details, and notes you submit. You may choose to upload photos or a walkthrough video. Please avoid including identification documents, payment card details, alarm codes, or unrelated private information in forms or recordings. Only upload material you have permission to share.

How information is used

Your information helps the office respond to requests, prepare estimates, arrange moves, share necessary job instructions with assigned staff, manage invoices, and handle service questions. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Service providers and payments

The website uses Netlify for hosting and Supabase for account, record, and file services. If the office sends you a Stripe invoice, Stripe handles the hosted payment page. Do not send card numbers through our forms, text messages, or email. External services such as Google reviews have their own privacy notices.

Texts and contact choices

The text permission on the request form is optional and concerns that request. You can ask the office to stop texting and use another contact method. Ordinary carrier charges may apply. Call or email the office if you need help changing your contact preference.

Storage and access

Staff sign in is used to restrict access to business records. The staff app uses browser storage for sign in and app functionality. Do not use a shared staff account, and sign out on shared devices. Records may be retained for service, billing, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about access, corrections, or deletion; some records may need to be retained.
